Separate posts show the  letter filed in 2000 to preserve the deed restrictions, and the  Marketable Record Titles statute under which it was filed.

Every section of the community has had their deed restrictions implemented as the community was being built, and so the dates of implementation are different.

When you look up your street, listed first in the post is the plat that you can use to find your particular address, followed by a description of what has been recorded, followed by the deed restrictions.  Please be aware that there may be more than one plat covering your street, so you may have to scroll down in the post to find the plat you want.  Please be patient, some large streets make take a minute to load.
