The environmental company hired to conduct testing on the Gulf Harbors Golf Course produced their latest Site Assessment Report on Feb 28, 2020.  This report was produced following a demand from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to conduct additional testing at the perimeter of the golf course where it abuts the adjacent residences.

The complete report is posted below, but a key result is that there was no Arsenic contamination at the perimeter that exceeded the Residential Soil Cleanup Target Level of 2.1 mg/kg.  The rest of the golf course was tested against a more liberal standard of 5.5 mg/kg that the FDEP allowed, provided the land was restricted to recreational use only.  There were 10 areas identified that exceeded that standard of 5.5, and remediation is required.
