Below are letters sent to Pasco County and the Gulf Harbors Civic Association to be clear that the writer is not ceding her rights to the GHCA and reserves the right to represent herself. Those that join the GHCA do so voluntarily and by joining choose to have the GHCA represent them, but those that do not join have not given the GHCA the right to represent them or to speak on their behalf to the county.
